Scope: Consists of full fit-out of 33 apartments which includes a variety of configurations such as 2-bedroom, 3-bedroom, 4-bedroom, 4-bedroom duplexes, and penthouses. Additionally, the project involves the design and execution of 5 public areas and 24 lift lobbies, alongside comprehensive engineering tasks encompassing shop drawing, MEP design, structural calculation, and coordination with relevant authorities.
