Scope: Full fit-out of nightclub, cigar and whiskey lounge. Joinery, ceiling and partition works for all public areas, residences, guest rooms, suites, lobby, meeting rooms, board room, spa and health club, 274 guest rooms and suites, 117 penthouses and 382 residences.
