Design Philosophy
For UHNWI, the design language balances contemporary sophistication with functional durability. Materials were chosen to be elegant yet resilient for heavy public use. Lighting plays a big role to highlight architectural details, and circulation spaces were designed to feel spacious and welcoming.

Challenges & Solutions
High foot traffic zones: Used durable materials (stone, high grade laminates) in public areas to ensure longevity.
Complex interfaces between units & public areas: Detailed coordination drawings prevented conflicts in mechanical & structural zones.
Client change requests mid-construction: We maintained flexibility with modular components and fast prototyping to accommodate revisions.

Final Outcome
Project delivered in [Year / Month]. The client appreciated our adherence to timelines, quality of finishes, and the elegance of shared spaces. UHNWI is now a landmark in its locality for its interiors.
